From the inception of Med Access, our founders had the vision of a community EMR. Because the technology was built with this in mind, our EMR is inherently suited for community based applications.

The Med Access community EMR solution leverages the med access collaborative suite to preserve individual records but eliminates duplicate data entry by G.P’s and Specialists seeing the same patients. Beyond this collaboration is an outer layer of integration with the health authority and other data providers.

Med Access has begun the implementation of the largest community EMR in Canada linking together Specialists, General Practitioners and patients together using our exclusive technology.

The same tools are being used on a smaller scale in the integrated health networks allowing many different types of health professionals to treat common patients in a collaborative and efficient manner.
