Implementation Consultant
We are looking for “a special someone” who lives to deliver exceptional training & advice so physicians & staff fully maximize our technology. These services are delivered by a combination of telephone, web-demo & personal visits to each physician’s clinic. We continually upgrade these methods to meet customer needs & your input will be essential to this process.

What we expect
- A Healthcare &/or IT professional with 5 years experience & strong computer skills
- Experience in a Physician’s office procedures as well as in other healthcare environments.
- Demonstrated project management skills; ideally in the implementation of software & process change
- Demonstrated ability in teaching others new skills; passionate in helping them succeed
- A talent for supporting customers in their language & on their terms apply technology to help them help others
- Initiative driven; deadline focused; doing what it takes through creative & independent thinking
- Unflappable demeanor; professional deportment
- University degree in appropriate discipline

Technical Support Analyst

What we expect
- Experience with Linux or Windows 2000 Server administration
- Proficient in database tools (MySQL or other), hardware, peripherals, & administration of web-based applications using JBoss & Apache.
- Experience with networking, backup, anti-virus software, remote services (VPN) & call-tracking software are an asset
- A passion for troubleshooting & supporting customers in their language & on their terms
- Creative thinking; keeping the customer’s needs foremost through relentless follow through
- Unflappable demeanor; exceptional with people
- Experience with physician & healthcare environments using clinical, billing & scheduling applications would be an asset
- BCIT / SAIT / NAIT diploma or equivalent; MSCE an asset
